Private Sessions
The best way to address your specific needs and goals is to have a private session. All private sessions last 1 hr and whether your objective is to reach a particular fitness goal, to have some luxurious "you time" in a gentle relaxing session or to work on a specific health issue from a rehabilitation or pain management point of view, that session will be tailored specifically for you.
It's an excellent opportunity to go through your movement patterns in great detail to finetune exactly what your body and mind needs, and for you to further develop and progress your Pilates practice.
