Ante & Postnatal Pilates

Pilates classes specifically for mothers to be to help manage the changing body throughout the different stages of pregnancy and to help prepare for delivery. The exercises can help to improve your posture, and strengthen your muscles to avoid many of the discomforts usually associated with pregnancy. We also offer postnatal classes to help getting back into shape, addressing common postnatal conditions like diastasis recti, while offering new mothers a well deserved moment of relaxation.
